We’re Moving! (Special Help Team by Phone Hours Friday to Sunday) UPDATED for Monday

Dear Friends,

Our Simple Phone Company Help Team by phone will be unavailable beginning Friday at 1pm, and continuing through Sunday as we move to our new offices in Irvine, CA. Calls to our Help Team will be directed to a special voicemail that will be monitored throughout normal operating hours.

For immediate support, our Help Team by email will remain unaffected around the clock.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, and will do our best to respond to any urgent situations by email or messages left at our special voicemail during our move.

Our new, larger, offices will help us provide an even better customer experience. (And even some new exciting services in next few weeks.)

All weekend we worked like busy bees to complete the transition to our new offices in Southern California. Unfortunately, a combination of delays and system enhancements to provide free calling for Chile and Argentina in the wake of the devastating earthquake, are causing our Help Team by phone not to be ready until Tuesday at 8am PST. We are updating the IVR now to provide another special voicemail, and our Help Team by Email is unaffected. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Calling To Chile and Argentina

Effective immediately, all calling to Chile or Argentina for the next seven days (until March 6) will be free. Customers with questions, or needing to enable International Calling, should contact our Help Team.
