Pardon our dust…

without comments

Pardon our dust, we’re busy making our services and network even better!

This weekend our team is working hard to upgrade and prepare our network for exciting new products and even better services.

To do so, we are disabling our online account system in order to upgrade on Friday (July 22) at 8pm PST to 3am Monday (July 24).

During this time  you will not be able to pay your bill online, review invoices, update support tickets, or update your profile.

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY INTERRUPTION OF PHONE SERVICE.

Should you need any support during this downtime, or have any questions about this, please feel free to email our Help Team engineers 24/7 at help@simplephoneco.com or click “Chat” at simplephoneco.com.
Look for more details on all our exciting “newness” come Monday!

Scheduled Maintenance Tuesday

without comments

Our engineers are scheduled to preform network maintenance this evening from 11pm to 1am PST Tuesday, Feb 8.

We do not anticipate any service outages or issues related to making or receiving calls during this time window.

Until then, we’ve also disabled online Voicemail access. To check voicemail, simply dial 511 from your phone or call 818.69.VMAIL from any other phone.

The purpose of this maintenance is to strengthen our network by integrating and adding resources from our new second data center in Dallas.

If you have any questions or experience any trouble after the maintenance is completed, please feel free to contact our Help Team anytime.

We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your business.
