Enhanced 911, or E911, is an enhanced 911 emergency call that not only connects you to your local emergency agency, but also provides them with the details of your address and more.

Beginning June 1, 2010 customers can setup an E911 profile for each other their lines of service. Custom home and businesses can setup their E911 via our newly added E911 PB pack, with no software update needed. If your previously requested auto setup for E911, you will now see it on your June statement.
