> Are there any hidden fees or taxes? No, we do have any hidden fees on any of our services. Clean and easy accounting keeps our billing simple and our services even lower. Taxes are only billed for calls outside of the United States, so most of our customers never see any taxes on their statements. > Why are your prices so low, and will they go up? We pride our selves for an affordable solution, and built our services in way that could allow us to do so. We have NO plans to raise our rates. > Do you only offer 'unlimited' plans? Yes, at this time, all of our services are unlimited. Like most of our customers, we don't like tricky rate plans and confusing packages. You can call as often as you'd like, and talk for as long as you'd like. > What type of Internet should I have? Any always-on high speed or broadband internet connection will work with our services. Commonly, these are types of connections are called DSL, Cable Internet, FiOS, U-verse, T1 or faster. Satellite customers may experience quality issues, and are not recommended unless your service is as fast as DSL. > Do you run a credit check? No, we do not run a credit check. However, a credit card is required at signup in order to verify all new accounts. > How quickly will my service begin after I join? If you join before 4pm PST on a business day, your sign-up will be processed that same business day. Sign-ups after 4pm PST, will be processed the next business. (We work all hours, however shipping company's don't.) > What is Digital Phone? Digital Phone services use alternative ways to bring you phone service, instead of using the traditional wires in the ground going to your home. Digital Phone services, like ours, often use your internet connection in order to provide service. That is how we are able to offer service nationwide and such a low price. > What standard features are included? Our standard features include: Call-waiting, Caller-ID, Call Blocking, 3-way Calling, Call Forwarding, Busy Forwarding, Call Logging, Voicemail, Voicemail Online and by Email, Flash, Free Directory Assistance, and more. There are no additional costs for any of these features. > Can I call Internationally? Yes, you can call any country. Any calls outside of the United States are billed at the end of the month. See our great rates here: http://simplephoneco.com/rates > Can I use a fax with your service? Yes, almost all faxes are compatible with our service. Some settings on your fax may be required in order ensure the best service. Please contact our Help Team for the specific settings with your Fax. Business Phone Services

Business customers also recieve 1 complimentary IVR (Phone Menu), complimentary Inbound Caller-ID notation (Sales), Conference Bridge access, and multi-line discounts. > What is the SPc PhoneBooth and PhoneBooth HD? The SPc PhoneBooth is our on-site phone system and service for small to medium sized businesses and custom homes. PhoneBooth HD adds the support for Video Calling. > What is Trunking and Dial-tone Service? > When I pick up the phone I hear "Device not registered"... Why? This message tells you that your Landline Adapter box is not connected to our service. This is often because the WAN ethernet cable is not connected to your router or modem. For help plugging in your Landline Adapter, contact our Help Team. > When are billing statements mailed? Can I pay online? Statements are mail on the 1st of every month, for the previous month. Any International usage is also billed at that time.
