Reminders On New Billing System
Last month we launched our all-new Bill Center with detailed invoices. With the goal to simplify phone billing and billable usage in mind, this has become a big change from how we’ve billed in the past. Customer feedback has been great, and we’ve been tweaking things since launch to improve the experience. In its first month, we’ve noted a few customer’s most frequently asked questions and thought it be worth mentioning again here:
