Introducing Personal Touch

While many are wrapping up summer vacations and travel, we’re hard at work making communications experiences even better. This month, we’re excited to add our new, free concierge service called Personal Touch. The mission is simple; connect with every customer account during the month of October to review services, offer Personal Training, and share some of the new features we’ve recently launched.

Our Personal Touch appointments are free, and entirely optional. Our Specialists will continue to connect this fall, and if you’d like to schedule an appointment click below.

Yealink T5X Series Now Available

Yealink continues to impress us with their wide variety of quality IP Phones. Just a few months ago, they announced their new T5X Series and now, Simple Phone Company is making them available to all customers and partners. All T5X models enhance the professional look-and-feel of the existing T4X Series – adding color displays, Bluetooth, more USB ports, optional WiFi, plus AndroidOS and Video at the top the line.

Announcing Simple SDN, New Managed Networking Made Even Better

Last fall, we launched our Managed Network service to better help businesses and teams with limited networking or IT support. The service has become a critical piece in the Simple Phone Company experience with our dedication to making communications smooth and pain-free. There have been plenty of “SD-WAN”s to arrive on the scene, but we’re excited to announce our second generation this Fall. SD-WAN 2.0 offers a lower price for hardware, monthly service, and expanded features for switches and WiFi management. Look for more details later this month, and if you’re interested in beta testing please let us know.

New Payment Address

We are so excited to announce our new billing system we be rolling out in the next few months. Your feedback has guided us to really rethink billing and the experience that is the phone bill. We’re also launching a new “Pay by Mail” feature for customers who prefer to pay by check. This feature will require an address change, but willfully automate our check processing times. Please update your payment address to:
